TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY
We very much hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return any item purchased from us, please firstly read the following conditions
Returns are accepted for full refund only for reasons of manufacturing fault or damage in transit. Returns must be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days) You must inform us within 7 days that you are returning your item for whatever reason or the item will be declared as sold.
Goods will only be accepted for return if unused and in a re-saleable condition and in original packaging. Unless the product is being returned due to a manufacturing fault, supplier error or is damaged, there will be a handling charge which will be deducted from the final refund amount. This can be up to 20% of the invoice value.
It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain proof of dispatch/collection.
All returned goods will be inspected and we reserve the right to charge for incomplete returns, orders placed in error or not wanted prior to any credits being raised.
These warranties do not affect your statutory rights.
Wherever possible we will always endeavour to supply spare parts to resolve any fault or damage issue as quickly as possible.
We do not accept returns on, or refund for items described as seconds or ex display.
CANCELLED/NOT REQUIRED ORDERS
Please note that we process orders on the same working day as received (excepting Saturday and Sunday and bank holidays) . Cancellation of your order must be made on the same working day either by e mail to email@example.com or telephone 0116 2547458 to avoid charges.
Charges may be made at our discretion dependant on the status of your order. Costs incurred may include carrier collection fees and re stocking fees of up to 20% of the invoice value.
Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please sign the delivery note to the effect that the package(s) is damaged. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter. If you deliberately fail to take delivery of the goods (otherwise than by reason of circumstances under our control or unless subject to clause above) then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us, we may:
Store the goods until actual delivery and charge you for reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage; or
Sell the goods at the best readily obtainable price and (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) account to you for any excess over the price you agreed to pay for the goods or charge you for any shortfall below the price you agreed to pay for the goods.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 3 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the goods and we cannot produce as evidence of delivery a signed Proof Of Delivery (POD). If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option:
to make good any shortage or non-delivery;
to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or
to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
Except where we are not permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
In the event of you having to return a product, you should firstly e-mail us at stating the reason for return. We will acknowledge your mail and advise the course of action. Please do not make arrangements yourself to return the goods. We will make the necessary arrangements and keep you fully advised on the next steps
We will (if you require) send replacement identical goods prior to receiving back the “return” item. We will keep you advised during this process. You will not be charged either for the goods or for delivery
We will inspect all goods returned in order to ensure they can be resold in original packaging (such as you would like to receive them). If the product cannot be restocked to be sold in its original condition, then we may apply a charge before refund, to allow for repackaging. We will advise you of this by e mail.
We do not charge for packaging or restocking if the product has been returned for a manufacturing defect of damaged in transit to you. We will also refund your original delivery charge.
None of the above terms and conditions affects your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
